Unless you opt-out or specifically ask us not to, we may contact you via email, text, or phone call in the future to share specials, new products, discounts or follow up on service rendered.
In order for us to offer you our services, we must collect some information from you using our enrollment form, or via email/chat support. We use this information to check your eligibility for certain plans and enroll you into a selected plan if you choose to do so.

- Your first & last name, social security number, driver’s license number, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Service, mailing, and/or billing address, service plan preferences, information about your home or business.
- Financial institution payment information, credit history, employment status.
- Electricity usage history, energy meter number.

- Other information that may be requested during the enrollment process in the enrollment form, or information which third-parties provide us with your consent.
