The idea for SlashPlan.com was spawned out of frustration. After moving to a new house I tried to compare electricity rates for my new home, but I felt lost. I compared literally hundreds of electric providers and plans and was not able to tell which one offers me the actual best price.
The analytical side of my brain kicked in and I realized that there had to be a better way after I saw some too-good-to-be-true teaser offers, confusing industry terms, and three different rates for each plan (500/1000/2000 kWh).
After some online research and discussion with friends, I found out that I wasn’t alone.
At SlashPlan, our goal is clear – our goal is to help you pick the ideal electricity plan that meets your needs.
