Current service status comes first

Texpo Energy should be treated as a legacy provider page for shoppers, not as an active enrollment page. The provider's official website says Texpo Energy is no longer providing electricity service and directs visitors to Power to Choose for plans from other providers.

That notice is more important than older marketing sections on the same site. Some legacy pages still describe residential, commercial, and renewable offers, but the current service notice is the piece that matters for a customer trying to choose a provider today.

What former customers can still use

Texpo keeps customer-care information available for previous account questions. Former customers may still need help with final bills, payment history, deposits, or account records. Those issues should go through Texpo's listed customer-care channel rather than a new enrollment path.

If you find a third-party page claiming that Texpo is actively enrolling new customers, confirm it against the official Texpo site and the current Power to Choose listing before submitting personal information.
