XOOM Energy is a multi-state electricity and natural gas supplier, but Texas customers should focus on XOOM Energy Texas, LLC. The Texas contact page identifies PUCT #10203 and gives separate support details for residential and small-business customers.

That matters because national provider pages can blur state differences. Texas plan documents, delivery charges, cancellation fees, and renewal rules are specific to the Texas REP product.

Residential and small-business paths

XOOM supports both home and business rate shopping. Residential shoppers should compare the EFL at the usage levels that match the home. Small-business customers should confirm whether the offer is posted online, quoted, or tied to a business-specific contract.

For either path, ask whether the rate is fixed or variable, how long the initial term lasts, and what happens when the term ends.

Plan details that can change the bill

XOOM's Texas materials include support for variable-price history, which is useful if you are considering a variable product. Fixed-rate shoppers should still check the EFL for base charges, TDSP delivery charges, early termination fees, and renewable content.

XOOM is worth comparing if you want an established supplier with Texas residential and business support paths, a bilingual public site, and clear customer-care hours. It is not automatically the cheapest choice, especially if a competing fixed-rate plan fits your usage better.

Before enrolling, match the EFL to your TDSP and service address, then compare the all-in cost against other active offers at your normal monthly usage.
