Does Octopus Energy have cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees vary depending on your plan and length of service. Please refer to the EFL document to determine if any early termination fees apply.
If you move to a new house, the cancellation fees will be waived.
Does Octopus Energy require a deposit?
Octopus Energy may ask for a deposit when signing up for an energy plan, but only if your credit score doesn't meet their requirements. The good news is, after 12 months of paying your bills on time, your deposit will be returned to you.
